Avocado Parsley Dip
Servings 1.5 cups
Ingredients
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup Italian parsley
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1 Tbs lime juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- In a skillet, toast cumin seeds over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove. Coarsely crush
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
- Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers
- Enjoy!
