Avocado Parsley Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup Italian parsley
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1 Tbs lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • In a skillet, toast cumin seeds over medium-high heat for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove. Coarsely crush
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers
  • Enjoy!
