Preheat oven to 425°
Remove outer skin from garlic and with a sharp knife cut off the top of the bulb. Brush with the olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary
Wrap the seasoned garlic in heavy duty foil, and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until softened. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes
Reduce oven heat to 375°
Cut the top fourth of the round bread loaf. Carefully hollow out the loaf and place cheese round inside. Safe the bread you hollowed out
Squeeze softened garlic into a bowl and mash with a fork. Spread the garlic over the cheese, then replace the top
Brush the outside of the loaf with the remaining olive oil, wrap in foil, and bake 45-50 minutes, or until cheese is melted
Serve warm with hollowed out bread, sliced baguette, grapes, apples, and strawberries
