Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff
An easy, comforting meal for any night of the week. Serve with buttery egg noodles or rice for a simple meal that your family is sure to love!

Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef sirloin tips
- salt and pepper
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1/2 onion, sliced into thin strips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Salt and pepper the sirloin tips and set aside. Warm oil in crock-pot, or other pan. Brown sirloin tips in hot oil. Once browned, remove from pan and cook onions until soft (3-5 minutes). Once onions are cooked add sirloin tips back and combine, and then add the remaining ingredients. It is okay to keep the remaining amount of oil left in the crock-pot. Stir everything together until the sour cream is mixed in thoroughly. Set crock-pot on low for four hours. Serve warm over egg noodles or rice. Enjoy!
