Hot Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded swiss or mozzarella

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 1-quart casserole dish
  • Combine all ingredients and spread evenly in dish
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
  • Serve warm with pita chips or crackers
  • Enjoy!
