Hot Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 14 oz. artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup shredded swiss or mozzarella
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 1-quart casserole dish
- Combine all ingredients and spread evenly in dish
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes
- Serve warm with pita chips or crackers
- Enjoy!
