Ham Sauce (Grandma Svilich’s recipe)
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 tsp. dry mustard
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white or apple cider vinegar
- 1-2 Tbs butter
Instructions
- Thoroughly combine sugar, mustard, and salt
- Add beaten eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed
- Warm on medium-low heat until bubbly
- Reduce heat to low
- Add vinegar and butter and cook until warm
- Serve warm or cold
- Enjoy!
