Ham Sauce (Grandma Svilich's recipe)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white or apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 Tbs butter

Instructions

  • Thoroughly combine sugar, mustard, and salt
  • Add beaten eggs and milk until thoroughly mixed
  • Warm on medium-low heat until bubbly
  • Reduce heat to low
  • Add vinegar and butter and cook until warm
  • Serve warm or cold
  • Enjoy!
